Do you show up for yourself?

So many of us haven’t taken the time to think about who we are in the world since we left high school or college. The aptitude tests disappeared, the school counselor fell out of our lives, and people stopped asking us what we want to be when we grow up. We became who we are, but who, exactly, is that?

The connection to self sometimes gets lost in the translation. There are families to manage, jobs to be done, traumas and crises to handle. And in all that we often show up late — or not at all — for ourselves. We may get fleeting glimpses of who we wanted to be and flyby notions of where we want to go — and then it’s back to keeping up with the Jones’s.

I would like to invite you to step off the treadmill of life for a moment.

I will stand with you as you look at the connection your true self has with the person you have become and ask the hard question: who am I and does the way I’m living right now serve who I am? From here, we will recalibrate your internal compass to point where you want to go.
